Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive vehicle sales by delivering an exceptional customer experience, building long‑term relationships and meeting monthly sales targets for Al Masaood.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑sale follow‑up, including vehicle presentation, negotiation and delivery.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles, providing professional product guidance and personalized solutions.
• Ensure smooth, defect‑free delivery of sold vehicles and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Promote finance and insurance products, assess customer needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maximizing profitability in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management and consultative selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Willingness to work in Al Ain.
