Sales Executive – Marine Engine

About the role

Al‑Futtaim is seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive for its Marine division. You will be responsible for growing sales of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems and related products across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the designated region.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with the division’s growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with boat builders, fleet operators and key marine industry stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and uncover additional sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Share market intelligence, product expertise and stay updated on competitor activities and emerging marine technologies.

Required profile

• Strong marine technical background with proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment.
• Willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.
