Sales Executive – MICE

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Executive – MICE to join its Sales team. You will be responsible for generating, developing and converting business opportunities within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events market, while upholding the hotel’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and presentations to showcase hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain an active pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets for group rooms, events and related services.
• Manage existing accounts to maximise repeat business, strengthen loyalty and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new business sources and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of group events.
• Report to the Director of Sales on performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in MICE sales or a related hospitality sales function.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and uphold integrity and respect.
• Growth‑mindset orientation and willingness to embrace continuous improvement.
