Sales Executive – PCB Repair Solutions (Dubai)

About the role

Elcome International is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of its PCB repair solutions across marine, offshore, defence, oil & gas and industrial sectors in the UAE. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering, turning complex requirements into commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell PCB repair, retrofit, upgrade and reverse‑engineering services for marine navigation, communication, automation and industrial electronic systems.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts and build relationships with ship owners, shipyards, system integrators and offshore operators.
• Lead the full sales cycle from enquiry to order closure, including preparation of technical proposals, tenders and quotations.
• Coordinate technical discussions between customers and internal engineering, logistics, procurement and service teams.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in technical B2B sales, electronics, industrial automation or hardware distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into commercial solutions.
