Sales Executive – Telecom & Connectivity Solutions

About the role

Info X Communication LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of its telecom and connectivity solutions. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site to identify new business opportunities, qualify leads and present tailored enterprise communication services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking and market research.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and track progress against targets.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Provide regular sales reports, market insights and competitor analysis to management.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in telecom, IT or related sectors, preferably within the UAE or GCC market.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or equivalent practical experience.
