Sales Executive – Tiles & Sanitary Ware

About the role

International Building Materials is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth for its Tiles & Sanitary Ware division in Abu Dhabi. You will work both indoor and outdoor, promoting a comprehensive product portfolio to architects, designers, contractors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit architects, interior designers, fit‑out contractors and project consultants to showcase the product range.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through regular field visits and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to order confirmation and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in tiles, sanitary ware or related building‑materials industry.
• Strong existing network within the interior‑fit‑out sector.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
