Sales Lead Middle East & Africa

About the role

NEXSYS-ONE is looking for an experienced, commercially‑driven Sales Lead to expand its presence across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Regional VP and Sales Director to drive revenue growth for our enterprise software, SaaS and managed‑service solutions targeting telecom operators, tower companies and infrastructure providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with NEXSYS‑ONE’s growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities across priority markets.
• Sell enterprise software, SaaS and managed‑service solutions to telecom operators, TowerCos, fiber and data‑centre operators.
• Engage C‑level executives, operational leaders, technology teams and procurement departments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including demonstrations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer operational challenges and position the most appropriate NEXSYS‑ONE solution.
• Develop account plans for strategic prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline with accurate revenue forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling telecom‑industry software, SaaS or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of developing new business and managing strategic accounts.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East and Africa telecom markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
