About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and leasing inquiries from first contact through contract signing.
• Show properties across Ajman, matching clients with homes that suit their lifestyle.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads via networking, referrals and follow‑ups.
• Market listings on social media and digital channels, selecting the best platform for each property.
• Negotiate deals that satisfy both parties.
• Monitor market trends, new projects, price shifts and hot areas in Ajman.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sales and real‑estate leasing.
• Polished, professional appearance with strong interpersonal tact.
• Excellent communication skills, both listening and speaking.
• Solid knowledge of the Ajman real‑estate market.
• Hands‑on experience in real‑estate marketing, sales and leasing.
