Sales Leasing Manager

About the role

The Sales Leasing Manager will drive revenue growth for Kidzania and Specialty Leasing across multiple attractions, including SEGA, Ice Rink, Reel Cinema and Aquarium. The role focuses on securing qualified retailers, managing lease agreements, and enhancing revenue streams through effective leasing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targeted revenue projections for Kidzania & Specialty Leasing.
• Ensure effective leasing of specialty space to qualified retailers in line with the leasing plan.
• Introduce new retail partners and nurture long‑term relationships with key brands.
• Negotiate and conclude license agreements with new and existing brands.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure timely submission of financial and design criteria.
• Prepare weekly leasing status reports and other required documentation.
• Manage complex negotiations and follow‑up on lease‑related issues.
• Monitor lease renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Research prospective sponsor brands and identify synergies with existing tenants.
• Collaborate with other departments to avoid conflicts of interest and align sponsorship strategies.
