Sales Manager – Automotive Retail

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead its sales function across the UAE. You will be responsible for driving performance, coaching branch‑based teams and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Ensure consistent application of sales processes and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and drive continuous improvement in satisfaction.
• Conduct regular product knowledge sessions, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee documentation, compliance and government‑related processes linked to sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and managing teams.
• Experience in automotive or retail sales environments.
• Strong customer‑focus and ability to lead people.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
