Sales Manager – Chemical Raw Materials

About the role

DIA33 Group is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its chemical raw‑materials sales team in Dubai. You will drive revenue growth across paints, coatings, inks, adhesives and construction chemicals, acting as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets in the coatings and construction chemicals market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, end‑users and distributors.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Provide technical sales support, including product recommendations, formulation coordination and troubleshooting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to adapt sales approaches.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply‑chain and client teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and supply agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and QSHE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in chemical raw materials for paints, coatings, adhesives or construction chemicals within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the region.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE.
