Sales Manager – CIS Market (Leisure)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our leisure business across CIS source markets for InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa. You will be responsible for growing room revenue, market share and building strong partnerships with key travel agents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage leisure business from CIS markets, focusing on room revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, wholesalers and other leisure partners.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, site inspections and familiarisation trips.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to implement leisure sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, tactical offers, seasonal promotions and leisure packages in line with pricing and revenue strategy.
• Monitor production from key accounts and take proactive action to grow under‑performing or high‑potential accounts.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leisure sales within the hospitality sector, preferably with a focus on CIS markets.
• Strong track record of developing accounts and converting opportunities into revenue.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced resort environment.
