Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive's FAMCO division is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the commercial vehicle sales function. You will drive revenue growth, increase market share and lead a high‑performing sales team across multiple commercial vehicle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants, allocating territories for optimal market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain healthy sales pipelines and oversee all sales operations for efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, key accounts and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial vehicle sales experience in the UAE dealership environment.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of fleet sales, key account management and commercial vehicle operations.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation, account management and communication skills.
