Sales Manager – Corporate & Long Stay

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Corporate and Long‑Stay segment at Swissôtel Al Ghurair in Dubai. The role focuses on driving occupancy and revenue through existing corporate accounts and new business opportunities, while delivering exceptional service to guests and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing corporate and long‑stay accounts to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct sales calls and visits to prospective clients as assigned by the Director of Sales.
• Enter and update all sales activities and account information in the sales database.
• Develop and execute monthly sales activity plans in collaboration with the sales team.
• Host qualified clients in hotel food & beverage outlets and support hotel functions as required.
• Build and sustain relationships with travel industry partners and corporate clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Ensure strong digital presence for key accounts across online channels.
• Respond to tender requests from corporate and government clients, securing approvals before submission.
• Participate in interstate sales trips and selected trade shows, subject to budget approval.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or long‑stay sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for sales trips and trade events.
