Sales Manager – Education

About the role

The Sales Manager – Education drives domestic sales for Miral’s education‑related attractions and projects. Based at the Miral Destinations Headquarters, the role ensures a unified commercial strategy across all sites and maximises revenue from corporate and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively solicit new business from corporate and government segments to meet annual revenue targets.
• Coordinate indoor and outdoor sales activities, client meetings, and FAM trips.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers and industry organisations.
• Manage accounts and opportunities through the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Develop and execute action plans and sales strategies for assigned market segments.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the Head of Sales – Domestic.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate and government accounts, resolving order, inventory, pricing and promotional issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education or tourism sector.
• Strong ability to manage corporate and government accounts in a domestic market.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
