About the role
SIBCA is looking for a confident, results‑driven Sales Manager to grow business opportunities within the Extra‑Low Voltage (ELV) sector in Dubai. The role combines strategic sales planning, client relationship building and market‑focused execution in a competitive technology‑solutions environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Apply effective sales, negotiation and win strategies.
- Use local market knowledge to support business growth.
- Work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Required profile
- Six years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and confident approach.
- Self‑motivated and resilient when handling challenges and rejection.
- Ability to perform effectively in a competitive environment.
Required skills
- Arabic proficiency (advantage).
