Sales Manager - GCC

About the role

Enerflex is seeking a Sales Manager for the GCC region to drive sales of its hydrocarbon gas processing and compression solutions. The role involves promoting equipment, turnkey projects and integrated services to industrial customers across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Close profitable business and conduct regular sales calls.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare technical presentations and documentation on Enerflex products.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with internal departments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars and industry events.
• Increase market share and identify complementary sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in gas processing, compression or related industrial sales.
• Proven track record of selling turnkey solutions in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of market specifications and total solution integration (preferred).
