About the role

PrimeBox, a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics provider in Dubai, is looking for a proactive Sales Manager to turn inbound leads into paying customers, build strategic partnerships and open new client channels.

Key responsibilities

Own the full sales funnel: follow up inbound leads and convert them into paying clients.
Proactively identify and approach new B2B and B2C prospects.
Analyse conversion data, spot drop‑off points and implement improvements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Develop and manage referral partnerships.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with partners and direct clients.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably handling inbound leads.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with ability to act on conversion data.
Strong communication skills in English.
