About the role

Murabahat is seeking a sophisticated Sales Manager to lead luxury real‑estate sales for its flagship development, Muraba Veil, in Dubai. The role focuses on attracting high‑net‑worth (HNW) buyers and delivering an elevated, consultative experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of Muraba’s ultra‑luxury properties by executing targeted business‑development strategies across the UAE, GCC, India, Europe and other key markets.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HNW/VIP clients, offering a high‑touch, consultative sales approach.
• Establish and nurture a network of top‑tier agents and agencies to generate qualified leads and maximise exposure.
• Monitor luxury‑real‑estate market trends, pricing movements and competitive activity to provide strategic insights.
• Uphold Muraba’s design philosophy and brand values, ensuring a premium client experience.
• Track the sales pipeline, conversion metrics and performance data, delivering recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in luxury real‑estate sales within the Dubai/UAE market.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with HNW/VIP clientele.
• Demonstrated success closing high‑value residential transactions.
