Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue for Beach Rotana by generating new business and nurturing existing accounts across defined markets. This role combines face‑to‑face selling, telephone outreach, and strategic communication to promote the hotel’s offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and maintain relationships with customers in assigned accounts and areas through sales calls, meetings, and entertainment.
• Increase hotel exposure via direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
• Cover the full portfolio of accounts, engaging managers and departmental executives to achieve sales targets.
• Implement sales objectives and action plans to exceed set targets.
• Solicit and manage transient, group, and meeting business.
• Prepare corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and related business correspondence.
• Quote, negotiate, and finalize pricing for transient and group bookings.
• Respond to business inquiries within 24 hours.
• Generate sales leads for Rotana Hotels outside the primary coverage area.
• Provide market feedback to senior sales leadership on competition and trends.
• Arrange site inspections and coordinate with the Events Management Team throughout the negotiation process.
• Attend pre‑ and post‑conference meetings and follow up with thank‑you communications.
• Monitor account revenue, maximize upselling opportunities, and maintain competitive research.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.
