Sales Manager Leisure

About the role

The Sales Manager – Leisure will lead the generation of leisure segment revenue for Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi. You will build and nurture relationships with travel trade partners and position the hotel as a top choice for leisure travelers across local, regional and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, DMCs and online travel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the leisure segment.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Revenue and Operations teams to create and execute strategic sales plans.
• Drive room night production and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Leisure Sales Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of leisure travel markets and partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and market share targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
