Sales Manager – Leisure Wholesale & International Markets

About the role

The Sales Manager – Leisure Wholesale & International Markets will drive leisure business and international market growth for The Dubai EDITION. You will build strategic partnerships with travel wholesalers, tour operators, DMCs and other travel trade partners across key global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned international leisure markets, identifying emerging source markets and growth opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at international travel trade events, exhibitions, roadshows and sales missions, and conduct overseas sales trips as required.
• Achieve room‑night, revenue, ADR and account production targets while collaborating with Revenue Management on pricing and promotions.
• Maintain regular communication with key accounts, conduct structured account reviews and resolve commercial or operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience in a luxury or upscale environment, with strong exposure to leisure wholesale and international travel trade.
• Established relationships with international leisure partners and travel trade accounts.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of OPERA PMS.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and networking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
