About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our luxury and off‑plan real estate sales team in Dubai. You will be at the forefront of some of the UAE’s most prestigious branded residences and emerging developments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales across luxury and off‑plan projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, providing expert investment advice.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to align on business objectives.
Required profile
- 4+ years of off‑plan real estate sales experience or 2+ years in a developer sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially luxury and off‑plan segments.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Energetic, assertive, and confident in client‑facing environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi, or native English (preferred).
