Sales Manager – MICE

About the role

Join Mama Shelter Dubai as a Sales Manager – MICE and lead the growth of meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions and group business. You will combine your passion for events with a results‑driven mindset to create unforgettable experiences for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase MICE and group revenue for Mama Shelter Dubai.
• Identify, approach and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, DMCs and PCOs.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and presentations to showcase the venue.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through proposal, negotiation, confirmation and hand‑over.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts and customized packages that meet client needs while achieving commercial targets.
• Monitor pipeline, forecast revenue, track conversion rates and report performance to the Director of Sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in MICE or corporate events sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong track record of building and expanding client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
