Sales Manager, Middle East

About the role

Oil States is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its conductor and casing product line across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, the role involves expanding regional business, strengthening customer relationships, and developing strategic sales initiatives within the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Middle East to achieve business growth.
• Identify upcoming drilling activities and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
• Support tender submissions, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical, drilling, procurement, manufacturing, service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor market trends across the region.
• Travel regularly throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Iraq.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales within the conductor, casing or OCTG market.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account management abilities.
