Sales Manager – Oil & Gas Products (Middle East)

About the role

Oil States is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of its conductor and casing product line across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will lead regional business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Middle East market.
• Identify upcoming drilling projects and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage and deepen relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with technical, drilling, procurement and commercial teams.
• Support tender submissions, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Work with manufacturing, service and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and monitor regional market trends.
• Travel regularly across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales within the oil and gas industry.
• Background with conductor, casing or OCTG products is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building and account management skills.
• Effective negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Middle East.
