About the role

D Prime, a globally recognised online broker, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its regional sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on building high‑performing teams, expanding profitable client portfolios and driving revenue growth across multi‑asset CFD and Forex markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead solution‑based sales and account management across the designated territory.
  • Develop, execute and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain and grow profitable client portfolios in line with corporate strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates and reporting via CRM.
  • Monitor sales performance, manage conversion rates and continuously optimise results.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and mentor sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Represent D Prime at industry events and strengthen client relationships.

Required profile

  • Proven senior‑level sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial services.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker capable of hands‑on execution.
  • Willingness to travel for sales events and client meetings.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM systems for forecasting and sales analytics.
