Sales Manager – Western Europe for Rixos & All Inclusive Collection (GCC)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Western Europe to join the Rixos & All Inclusive Collection GCC Regional Sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and growing business from key Western European markets, strengthening partner relationships and supporting the commercial strategy of our luxury resort portfolio across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales activities for assigned Western European markets in line with regional commercial strategy.
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, corporate accounts and luxury travel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue for Rixos and All Inclusive Collection properties.
• Represent the brands at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and networking events.
• Provide market intelligence, prepare sales updates and performance reports, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Conduct familiarisation trips, site inspections and presentations for key partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar commercial role in hospitality, luxury travel or tourism.
• Strong knowledge and established business relationships within the Western European market.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and excellent command of English.
• Demonstrated sales, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and property teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally for sales missions and events.
