Sales & Marketing Assistant – UAE Nationals

About the role

OutSystems is looking for a commercially‑minded UAE National to help expand its presence in the United Arab Emirates. This relationship‑focused role will use your local network and market knowledge to create new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential organisations and sectors across the UAE using professional networks.
• Arrange introductions, meetings and follow‑up activities with prospective clients and strategic partners.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to support long‑term business growth.
• Collaborate with company leadership to prioritise target accounts and define relationship‑building strategies.
• Represent OutSystems professionally, adhering to all legal and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, client relations, consulting or government relations.
• Established, relevant professional network within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and commercial practices.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
