Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Sales & Marketing Executive you will drive revenue growth and expand the company’s market presence in Dubai. You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans, generate new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Track sales metrics and provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
• Represent the brand at networking events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or marketing executive role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate sales trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
