About the role

Are you confident on the phone, passionate about sales, and skilled at closing deals? We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls and generate new business
Follow up with leads and potential clients
Present products/services and identify customer needs
Build strong client relationships
Negotiate and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets

Required profile

Previous experience in Telesales, Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident and comfortable making sales calls
Strong follow‑up and closing skills
Target‑driven and results‑oriented
Arabic speaker preferred
Candidate with a valid UAE visa preferred

What we offer

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 7,000 depending on experience
Commission on successful sales
Location: Dubai – Near Metro
Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
