Sales Operations Business Partner

About the role

The Sales Operations Business Partner will act as the central hub for sales data integrity, forecasting, and performance analytics. Reporting to senior sales leadership, you will ensure seamless alignment between demand generation, deal execution, and revenue planning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality CRM data for opportunities and accounts.
• Align demand generation, deal execution, forecasting, pipeline generation, and performance management end‑to‑end.
• Manage the sales forecast and pipeline management framework.
• Create a single source of truth for customer analytics and sales KPIs.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on pipeline health, velocity, attainment projections, and business trends.
• Drive adoption of CRM tools and standardized processes across the sales team.
• Support end‑to‑end sales process execution in partnership with shared services and other functional teams.
• Lead annual sales planning, territory optimization, quota allocation, and incentive program input.
• Ensure go‑to‑market strategies are aligned with operational processes for efficient execution.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or similar business support roles.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, other platforms).
• Familiarity with analytics and data‑visualisation tools.
