Sales Representative – Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative based in Abu Dhabi to drive commercial growth across assigned accounts. This position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and offers the chance to work within a global aviation brand, engaging with international markets and strategic stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional, country and headquarters teams to align sales strategies and commercial priorities.
• Represent Etihad Airways in customer meetings, industry events and external engagements.
• Lead commercial development for assigned markets or territories and act as the primary contact for General Sales Agents where applicable.
• Support and deliver country or regional commercial projects in line with departmental objectives.
• Coach and mentor new Sales Representatives, providing onboarding support and ongoing commercial advice.
• Define, agree and execute sales plans to achieve revenue, market share and customer growth targets.
• Analyse market potential and customer opportunities using sales insights and commercial tools.
• Identify business development opportunities and support the launch of new products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in accordance with corporate guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records, commercial activities and account plans within designated sales systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, business development, account management or a related commercial field.
• UAE national eligibility.
