Sales Representative – Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative to lead customer acquisition and manage key accounts for our client, a cybersecurity system integrator delivering AI‑powered security solutions. The role focuses on selling cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions to enterprise customers across the UAE and Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers in the cybersecurity and infrastructure domain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors.
• Promote and sell solutions such as EDR, XDR, SIEM, SOC, DLP, HCI and virtualization.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations with pre‑sales support.
• Track and manage sales pipelines and activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of cybersecurity sales experience with strong exposure to the UAE and Oman markets.
• Experience working with IT resellers, system integrators or value‑added resellers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
