About the role
The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth for Etihad Airways in the Dubai market by managing assigned accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the airline’s products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective customers, ensuring that sales targets are met and relationships are nurtured for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute periodic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Analyse market potential and identify sales opportunities among existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and new accounts.
- Communicate new products, promotions, and value propositions to customers and intermediaries.
- Research product availability and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise promotional techniques.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements in line with corporate guidelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
