Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the promotion and sales of CNC machines and related products in the UAE market. The role focuses on expanding our customer base within manufacturing, machining and metal‑working sectors while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for CNC machines and other product lines.
• Identify, approach and acquire new customers in manufacturing, machining and metal‑working industries.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Deliver product presentations, technical consultations and machine demonstrations at customer sites or trade shows.
• Work closely with service and technical teams to produce accurate quotations, configurations and after‑sales support.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain precise customer records, forecasts and activity reports.

Required profile

• Technical or commercial education such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Sales.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with CNC machines, industrial automation or metal‑working equipment.
• Strong technical understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools and production technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
