About the role
The Sales Representative, Middle East is a strategic, market‑facing sales leader responsible for accelerating DriveWealth’s expansion and commercial success in a priority international region. Based in Dubai, this role owns the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting Tier‑1 global institutions to negotiating complex, multi‑year agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full business development lifecycle for Tier‑1 global institutions, focusing on high‑value partners aligned with long‑term growth strategy.
- Serve as a credible consultant to C‑level executives at global banks, digital wallets, and brokerage firms, aligning DriveWealth’s infrastructure with their commercial goals.
- Lead negotiation of complex, multi‑year commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial, operationally viable, and legally sound terms.
- Gather intelligence and execute go‑to‑market strategies in priority international regions to establish a dominant local presence.
- Act as the voice of the enterprise partner internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to align roadmap with sophisticated financial entities.
- Represent DriveWealth at executive‑level industry events and conferences to strengthen market position and cultivate a high‑quality pipeline.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales in Financial Services, Fintech, Investment Banking or Brokerage.
- Understanding of brokerage financial services and investing products.
- Highly organized, efficient, detail‑oriented and able to work in a structured environment.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and sell to C‑level executives.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to travel internationally within the region for prospecting or partner meetings.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers and LinkedIn.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Data‑driven mindset for research and informed decision‑making.
- Series 7 certification preferred.
