Sales Representative (UAE National Only)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a UAE national to join its sales team in Dubai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue across assigned accounts, monitoring market trends, and ensuring the airline meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute sales activity plans using tools, data and insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.
• Analyse market potential, identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Collect and consolidate information to support regional business development and new product introductions.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Research competitor and industry information to shape the best‑selling approach.
• Coordinate contractual agreements and negotiate commercial terms in line with corporate guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Etihad’s CRM system and complete all commercial training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Strong commercial and analytical background.

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to analyse market data and sales metrics.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
