Sales Representative – UAE Nationals

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and execute sales activities for assigned accounts, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with regional, country and headquarters stakeholders to align sales strategies and commercial priorities.
• Represent Etihad Airways in customer meetings, industry events and external engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned and prospective accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Analyse market potential using sales insights and commercial tools to maximise revenue generation.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in line with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities, with proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
• Organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM or sales‑management systems.
