Sales Representative (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking UAE Nationals for a Sales Representative position in Dubai. The role involves driving sales, managing accounts and supporting business development within the airline’s commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, agree and execute sales activity plans to achieve targets using tools, data and insights.
• Analyse market potential, identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned and prospective accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Communicate new products, services and promotions to customers and ensure timely updates.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, drafting contracts in compliance with policies.
• Collect and analyse competitor and market information to enhance Etihad’s market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong commercial and analytical abilities, with proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM or sales management systems.
