Sales & Reservations Executive

About the role

VIP Luxury Tours, the flagship brand of T&A Group, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Reservations Executive to join its Dubai office. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients, arranging private jet travel, first‑class flights, five‑star hotels and bespoke itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Transform client enquiries into customized travel proposals, covering flights, hotels and curated itineraries.
• Manage bookings from initial contact through to post‑travel follow‑up.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Coordinate with sister branches in the Netherlands, London and Paris.

Required profile

• Immediate availability and full‑time commitment.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient English.
• Proven experience in travel sales or reservations.
• Valid UAE residency.

What we offer

• Monthly earnings up to AED 15,000 (base salary plus commission).
• Fully paid company housing.
• Commission up to 30% of profit on each booking, uncapped.
• Base salary starting from AED 4,000, based on experience.
• Work visa (subject to UAE immigration approval).
• International, ISO‑certified and IATA‑accredited team.
