Sales & Service Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Service Officer to manage vehicle preparation, documentation and registration processes within our dealer management system. The role supports the sales and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow from arrival to display and sale.

Key responsibilities

• Administer preparation of new vehicles using the dealer management system, ensuring accurate documentation and invoicing.
• Coordinate vehicle booking for inspection, preparation and movement to sales or display locations, including bodyshop and service sites.
• Liaise with sales and service teams to provide progress updates and confirm invoices.
• Guide the sales team on compliance with AG Auto policies and legal requirements.
• Manage registration, de‑registration and documentation of demonstrator and courtesy vehicles, including trade‑in processing.
• Oversee logistical aspects such as driver and valet coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant experience in automotive sales, service or vehicle administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedural guidelines.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams.
