Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead field sales operations for Bisleri’s bottled water portfolio, overseeing both 5‑gallon and PET pack formats. The role ensures sales targets are met, market coverage is maximized, and brand standards are upheld across Dubai and the wider UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations, deliveries, and product placement in residential, HORECA, and retail locations.
• Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and stores.
• Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.
• Ensure on‑shelf visibility, planogram compliance and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement and route planning best practices.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners for stock availability and route efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with trade, health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of bottled‑water or FMCG sales experience in the UAE.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer and retail landscape in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
• Fluent English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with merchandising software.
