About the role

The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of the sales department by providing comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance. Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings and travel arrangements to maximise productivity.
• Maintain accurate sales records and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations and reports for client meetings.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries, delivering prompt and professional communication.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Support the organisation of sales events, exhibitions and client engagement activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the sales support function and propose solutions.
