Sales Support Engineer – Pumps

About the role
The Sales Support Engineer – Pumps will work closely with the sales team to provide technical and commercial expertise throughout the sales cycle. Based in Dubai, you will help customers select the right pump solutions, prepare proposals and ensure accurate quotations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse customer enquiries and recommend appropriate pump and equipment solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals and quotations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product specifications, pricing and technical information.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and finance departments to gather complete and accurate data for bids.
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales engineering support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an engineering environment.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
