Sales Support Officer

About the role

The Sales Support Officer will support daily sales activities by providing administrative, customer service, and operational assistance. This role ensures accurate customer and sales data, processes transactions, handles inquiries, and prepares reports to keep sales operations efficient and customer service high.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about Etihad products and services promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records in line with company policies.
• Update and maintain customer master data within company systems.
• Manage promotional, pricing, and sales information to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales orders, applying correct products, pricing, and discount levels.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with relevant customer and transaction information for effective account management.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all sales support activities.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Certificate; vocational, bachelor's or master's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration or ticketing preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry or transaction processing advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
