About the role

The Sales Support Officer provides essential administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and effective customer interactions within the banking environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, handling inquiries, preparing quotes and assisting with presentations.
Maintain accurate sales and customer data in the banking system and generate regular sales reports.
Prepare and manage sales documentation such as contracts, proposals and reports.
Track leads and sales pipeline progress, updating status in CRM/MIS tools.
Collaborate with marketing, agencies and other departments to ensure seamless communication.

Required profile

3‑5 years of experience in sales support or a related function.
Familiarity with banking, MIS or CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

Proficiency in using CRM and MIS platforms.
Data analysis capability to evaluate sales metrics.
Knowledge of banking system processes for documentation handling.
