Sales Team Leader – Off-Plan (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to head its off‑plan property sales team in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching consultants, and expanding the business in a fast‑growing real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants.
• Drive monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue.
• Develop and execute off‑plan sales strategies.
• Recruit and build a high‑performing sales team.
• Support negotiations and deal closures.
• Build relationships with developers, investors, and key clients.
• Monitor team performance, CRM pipeline, and conversions.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi market trends and new project launches.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Management to maximise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real‑estate experience, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off‑plan market.
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 5 agents.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong developer and client network (preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Required skills

• CRM experience, preferably with Bitrix24.
