Sales Team Leader – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Urban Class Properties is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join its expanding real‑estate team in Dubai. The role focuses on the UAE off‑plan property market, leading and mentoring a sales team to achieve targets while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the off‑plan sales team to meet business targets.
• Guide team members throughout the sales process and provide ongoing coaching.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of UAE off‑plan real‑estate experience.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of the UAE off‑plan real‑estate market, property sales and client relationship management.
