Sales Ticketing Agent – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Majestay Tourism is seeking a proactive Sales Ticketing Agent to join its dynamic team in Media City, Dubai. You will be responsible for handling flight bookings and ticketing operations, ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Issue, re‑issue, refund, and exchange tickets while maintaining accurate fare quotes and PNRs.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel inquiries.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed records and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar travel‑industry role.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage last‑minute changes.
• Preferably fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in tourism or a related field.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
